Our client is a Lithuanian manufacturing company offering cardboard packaging solutions and building materials valued by international customers.


  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact in Sweden;

  • Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals;

  • Drawing up contracts, negotiating and agreeing terms with clients;

  • Analysing market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in this industry;

  • Continuous collaboration with company divisions to achieve a joint result.

  • Experience working with B2B clients and understanding their needs in sales of construction or technical products;

  • Proficiency in Swedish and English languages (at least B2 levels);

  • Excellent communication skills;

  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork;

  • Innovative and open mindset;

  • Strong communication and work-planning skills;

  • Ability to live and work in Sweden.
