Our client is the official and only representative of the German tractor manufacturer Fendt in Baltic countrys offering top-class agricultural machinery. The company one of the first to implement the principles of smart agriculture in the market, taking into account the knowledge of farmers in our region and the desire for modern farming.


  • Build and promote strong, trust long-lasting customer relationships;

  • Develop and implement business plans, achieve strategic objectives for the division;

  • Lead, develop and motivate the team;

  • Analyze market and customer needs, identify new business development opportunities;

  • Supervise cooperation agreements, controll billing with customers;.

  • Daily communicate and regular negotiate with customers.

  • At least 2 years experience in B2B sales;

  • A university degree;

  • Excellent sales, negotiation, communication, presentation and problem solving skills;

  • Ability to plan own and team work properly;

  • Analytical skills, good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint;

  • Good knowledge of English language.
